Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"Yesterday we celebrated my husband’s birthday here, and it was a wonderful experience once again—our fourth visit. We had booked a table for two in advance, and everything was perfect. A special thank you to OF, who surprised us with a complimentary dessert and made the evening extra special. The Thai food is absolutely amazing—full of flavour and beautifully prepared. This place is a real gem in High Wycombe. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff are outstanding, and the service is always excellent. Truly worth every penny. Highly recommended!"
"Ordered a takeaway on Sunday February 15. Just outstanding food.... the nicest I have tasted in the UK by a long way. Not cheap, but worth every penny. Seafood Pad Nam Price Pad was sensational. Will def order again.... Super."
"My wife and I visited for the first time and we loved it. We had the pad gra prao and the sirloin steak for our mains and they were terrific. Art, the manager, has done a terrific job since it has reopened. Would happily go again. 100 per cent. Certainly, one to try out if you like Pan Asian food!"
"EatThai used to be our family’s favourite place to eat, that closed and this opened in its place. The food was fantastic, starters and mains (we don’t have a sweet tooth so haven’t tried the desert options) the only downside was a large party arrived which meant a delay in our drinks being brought over. Still, lovely place and will be attending again."
"Beautiful indoor design. Food is stick to Asia level, not over seasoned, very delicious. Even the sashimi has decent texture. Excellent service."
"Thank you so much for your warm welcome this evening. This was a real Thai tasting restaurant. We really appreciate all the dishes. The staff were so kind and polite. We would absolutely return again!!"
"I really liked the food. It was well prepared and flavours were well balanced. I thought the veggie option was pricey, considering I had to order rice to accompany it, total came to 16.75! In comparison, my friend, who had sirloin paid £19.50 for her dish (it included rice). I liked the light jazzy tunes in the background, but would have preferred something more authentic. Also, the choice of colours on the menu makes it difficult to read… Service was great."
"EatNua is definitely our new favourite place in High Wycombe. The atmosphere is excellent, quite calm, dimmed light, and lovely jazzy music (which could be a tad bit louder). For starters, we shared the Spicy Calamari (a symphony of tastes!), the crispy dumplings, and vegetarian spring rolls (which were so fresh). For the mains, we had the Beef and Vegetarian Green Curry, with ingredients as fresh and fine as it gets. Every bit of the curry infused intense feelings of pleasure, and joy! Make sure to order some Jasmine or Sticky rice on the side, since you don’t get it with the mains. For desert, we had the Mango Sticky Rice, and Banana Fritters. The deserts soothed our soul, and might even cured our seasonal depression. The staff are lovely, made great recommendations, and they were working like honey bees! The restaurant might need one more waiter, since they get overwhelmed, but it is definitely worth waiting for their food!"
